Delivery Policy

This policy describes how made-to-order pieces are packed, shipped and delivered. The delivery section of your quotation states the specifics for your order and prevails where it differs.

Packing

Each piece is individually packed in a protective export crate; multi-component pieces are packed so components cannot contact each other. Approximate crate dimensions and weight are stated on the quotation so access can be checked in advance.

Service levels

Depending on destination: kerbside delivery (to street level), to-the-door (ground-floor entrance), or placement service (to the room, unpacked, positioned, simple assembly), as quoted. Connected installation (plumbing, electrical, wall fixing) is not included and remains with your local professionals.

Timing

Production lead time and shipping estimates are stated per order on the quotation. Customs clearance times are outside our control. If you have a fixed installation date, tell us at enquiry and we will plan production and dispatch against it.

Duties and taxes

Import duties, VAT/GST and customs fees at destination are payable by the receiver unless the quotation expressly includes them.

Receiving and inspection

On delivery: note any crate damage on the delivery document, photograph the crate, unpack per the included guidance and inspect the piece. Report visible damage or shortages within the inspection window stated on your quotation with photographs and your order reference. Retain packaging until a claim is resolved. Failed delivery and storage

If delivery fails because access information was materially inaccurate or the site cannot receive the piece, re-delivery and any storage are chargeable at the rates stated on your quotation. Short pre-arranged holds around renovation schedules can be agreed per order.
