Because every piece is made to order against your approved drawing, this policy is necessarily different from a stocked-goods returns page. It does not limit non-excludable statutory rights in your country.

Change of mind

Made-to-order and customised goods generally cannot be returned for change of mind once production has begun; the drawing-approval stage exists to protect you before that point. Where a jurisdiction grants a withdrawal right that excludes goods made to the consumer’s specification (for example the EU/FR regime), that exclusion typically applies to these pieces, see the French CGV for the France-specific statement.

Cancellation

Before production: cancellation is accepted subject to costs already incurred (drawing work, reserved material). After cutting begins: amounts up to the value of work performed and material consumed may be retained, as stated on your quotation.

Damaged or non-conforming pieces

If a piece arrives damaged, or does not conform to the approved production drawing, follow the inspection steps in the Delivery Policy and contact us within the stated window. Remedies, repair, rework, replacement or refund where required by law, follow Warranty & Claims and your statutory rights.

Samples

Material samples are supplied as described at request; sample fees and whether they are credited against orders are stated when arranged.
